BEL Trainee Engineer Recruitment 2024 Educational Qualification & Post Qualification Experience
Trainee Engineer
Candidate should have completed full time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc Engineering Degree in relevant discipline Electronics/ Mechanical /Computer Science from reputed University/Institute with 55% marks for GEN/EWS/OBC Candidates and pass class for SC/ST/PwBD candidates .
Candidate should have Minimum 06 months of relevant post Qualification industrial experience .
Project Engineer
Candidate should have completed full time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc Engineering Degree in relevant discipline Electronics/Computer Science from reputed University/Institute with 55% marks for GEN/EWS/OBC Candidates and pass class for SC/ST/PwBD candidates .
Candidate should have Minimum 02 years of relevant post Qualification industrial experience .
BEL Trainee Engineer Recruitment 2024 Age Limit
Upper Age limit as on 01/01/2024
Trainee Engineer
According to the official Notification the maximum age limit for the post of Trainee Engineer is 28 years for General and EWS candidates . The age relaxation for OBC candidates is 3 years and 5 years for SC/ST candidates . Candidates belongs to PwBD category having minimum 40% disability or more will get 10 years relaxation in upper age limit as mentioned in the official Notification .
Project Engineer
According to the official Notification the maximum age limit for the post of Trainee Engineer is 32 years for General and EWS candidates . The age relaxation for OBC candidates is 3 years and 5 years for SC/ST candidates . Candidates belongs to PwBD category having minimum 40% disability or more will get 10 years relaxation in upper age limit as mentioned in the official Notification .
BEL Trainee Engineer Recruitment 2024 Application Fees
Trainee Engineer
Candidates belonging to General/OBC/EWS category are required to pay Rs 150 plus 18% GST as an application fee .
Project Engineer
Candidates belonging to General/OBC/EWS category are required to pay Rs 400 plus 18% GST as an application fee .
Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwBD category are exempted from Payment of application fee .
BEL Trainee Engineer Recruitment 2024 Terms of Engagement and Allowance
Trainee Engineer
Trainee Engineer will be engaged for an initial period of 02 years and may be extended up to a maximum of 1 year ( including initial periods ) based on Project requirement and individual performance . Candidates will be paid consolidated remuneration of Rs 30,000 per month for the 1st year and 35,000 per month for 2nd year .
In the event of Extension of Tenure the remuneration shall be Rs 40,000 per month for the 3rd year .
Project Engineer
Project Engineer will be engaged for an initial period of 03 years and may be extended up to a maximum of 1 year ( including initial periods ) based on Project requirement and individual performance . Candidates will be paid consolidated remuneration of Rs 40,000 per month for the 1st year and 45,000 per month for 2nd year and Rs 50,000 for 3rd year.
In the event of Extension of Tenure the remuneration shall be Rs 55,000 per month for the 4th year .
BEL Trainee Engineer Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
Candidates meeting the specified criteria as mentioned in the official Notification will be communicated to attend the written test for 85 marks .
Candidates will be short listed for the interview based on the performance in the written test in the ratio of 1:5 . Interviews will be conducted substantially and will be for 15 marks .
